In our Banksmeadow bakery we bake artisan breads include Organic Sourdough, Italian Rustic, Grains and Spelt. Award winning organic sourdough bread is made only with organic Australian flour and our specialty 19 year old starter. Containing no preservatives and based on three ingredients: flour, salt and water.
Baking fresh artisan bread is a traditional process that takes time, it uses a natural fermentation process and the bread is leavened slowly with our natural starter, with each loaf taking a total of 3 days to make.
