Artisan producers are thin on the ground in the NT. Geoff and Sharon Arthur, proud owners of a herd of water buffalo producing artisan cheeses, practicing sustainability and providing quality handmade products at their Beatrice Dairy farm. Buffalo Milk compared to cows milk contains more protein, less cholesterol and more calcium. The Arthur's are true food pioneers bringing NT mozzarella, feta, haloumi, pot set yoghurt and butter to locals in the local artisan markets of the top end. |
