Established in 2013 James Mele and Marcel Mandanici are proud to bring you: The Meat Room. These two drive the Artisan butchers philosophy and are mad about meat, traditional Italian food and good old customer service.

While their focus is on bespoke butchering they are passionate about where the meat comes from and where it is going. They pride themselves on sharing their experience with you!

Visitors are welcome at The Meat Room where you can share a love of food and produce produced in an ethical and sustainable way.
