The Artisan Butcher

The artisan butcher opened its doors in 2012 after Paul and his wife Samantha saw a fantastic opportunity to bring their Artisan ethos and passion for all things natural, fresh and sustainable food to life.

Paul has developed a strong relationship with the farmers and is a firm believer in the farm to plate ethos. Produce is ordered in small batches to ensure freshness and is hand cut to order. No request is too small for this Artisan Butcher!
