Artisan Seafood is very much a product of it's environment and no other Seafood in NSW is grown in such pristine wilderness as the oysters at Tathra Oyster Farm. No other commercial farming operations occur in the entire estuary, making Tathra Oysters a one of a kind.

Grown in the middle of Mimosa Rocks National Park at Nelson Lake, there is no habitation or agriculture in the catchment area of the estuary making these award winning oysters entirely pollution free.
