From their passion for healthy, good, fresh artisan fruit & vegetables, ‘Salad Greens and Kitchen Herbs Pty Ltd’ has evolved in the Adelaide Hills. Gourmet salad mix and potted kitchen herbs are the main crops, supplying greengrocers, restaurants and some supermarkets all around SA.
In 2006 Sven and Judith purchased a 67-acre farm in Echunga and took to this fertile valley to grow and provide healthy, organic, artisan fruits & vegetables that have seen a loyal following through the Adelaide area.
