Founded in 2009,  Ritual Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Launceston, Tasmania.

Tim and Mel Jarosz founded Ritual Coffee with a mission to give cafe's an amazing supply of freshly roasted seasonal coffees that scream delicious. Offering only freshly roasted, seasonal coffees, Ritual Coffee Tasmania now supplies fresh, seasonal, ethical coffee across Northern Tasmania.

Ritual Coffee cares deeply for its local environment and the environments where they source their beans. These include: Sulawesi Toarco Jaya, Colombia Elkin Guzman, Ethiopia Gelana Abaya, Brazil Fazenda Rainha and many more!
