New Norica Bakeries

Employing only skilled artisan bread makers, New Norica Bakeries has a long tradition in producing authentic artisan breads with a characteristic chewy, golden crust and a slightly smoky, toasted wheat flavour.
In 1993, New Norica Bakeries was granted permission to the original wood fired ovens at Australia's only monastic town founded in 1846, New Norica some 133 km's North East of Perth. Since then, New Norica bakeries have expanded with the same emphasis on tradtional bread making and quality to three locations around Perth - Malaga, Mt. Hawthorn and Subiaco.
