Hilgah Honey is a family owned honey producer located in Freeling, South Australia. Collecting  beautiful honey from all over South Australia along the Limestone coast and into the Adelaide Hills area.

At Hilgah Honey, the honey is not heat treated as this damages the natural health properties of honey. With an innate understanding of honey's finer aspects and management of hives, Hilgah's aim is to ensure customers enjoy and benefit from artisan honey production practices - direct from the hive to you.
