Crust & Company Artisan Baking
In what looks like an old Brisbane factory, resides the historic red brick bakehouse that is home to artisan bakery: Crust & Company known to produce magnificent sourdough loaves and French pastries.
French/Italian baker Sebastien Pisasale is head baker of the small team who bake in the artisan bakehouse in full view of the happy customers making their way to the counter. Fresh baked, with no preservatives or additives are a range of croissants (plain, chocolate or hazelnut chocolate), baguettes, rolls and raisin bread, brioches and amazing sourdough loaves (plain, light rye or wholemeal). |
