Operating since 2002, The Byron artisan market offers handcrafted wares, locally-grown produce, and artworks. This Artisan Farmers’ Market has a variety of stalls, some of which are organic, and other which are conventional local producers. The fresh produce available ranges from freshly squeezed sugar cane juice and macadamia nuts, to prime cuts of beef and prawns that have been farmed in the Ballina River. You will also find artisan kitchen staples, like artisan bread, coffee, artisan honey, and olives.
