With a range of dairy produce to choose from, from creamy farm ice-cream, fresh bottled milk, cheese, cream and butter.  We pride ourselves on producing gourmet Tasmanian cheese and award winning farm milk. Since its first vat was produced in 1993, Ashgrove Cheese Company has been producing stunning cheeses.

Key to cheese production is the rest and maturation stag. In carefully controlled conditions, the cheeses develop unique appearance, texture, flavour and aroma. This gives rise to our range of cheeses such as English Cheddar, Blue, and the uniquely Tasmanian range such as 'Wild Wasabi.' Available at markets, retailers and directly from the Ashgrove Cheese Company.
